      Pros

      Excellent seminars and support for web-based and classroom training. Friendly culture. Good pay and bonuses. Good work environment for PhD scientists, less so for lab techs.

      Cons

      Periodic layoffs with no warning (though you do get severance pay). Too much stratification between scientists, technicians, and production workers.
