      Very good people in general, global reach, respected and recognized name

      Cons

      Very negative recent changes. Too much focus at the business performance with ever decreasing focus on people. The company became very impersonal and cut-throat. Usually pays lower than market rates.

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
