Pros

Colleagues are smart, motivated, and friendly to work with!

Cons

Company is very focused on process which is not a bad thing. They want to move people around as interchangeable workers. They do not always fully appreciate skilled technical workers who are not interested in moving up .

Pros

Benefits Paternal leave Good place to work if your purpose is to work and have no outside life

Cons

Management consistently demonstrates a lack of concern for employee well-being. Operators are routinely subjected to mandatory overtime with as little as one day's notice to switch to the opposite shift, creating unnecessary disruption and fatigue. There are ongoing safety concerns throughout the plant that are not being adequately addressed. Additionally, the Plant Manager has reportedly overridden medical restrictions and doctor's recommendations, requiring operators to return to normal working conditions despite documented health and safety concerns. While management frequently promotes the idea that "the company is like a family," that message is not reflected in its actions. Employees who experience legitimate family issues often receive little support and may instead face disciplinary action or other negative consequences for prioritizing their family responsibilities.
