Pros
Work is not to physically demanding and the work schedule gives people a lot of chances to take vacation. Pay is competitive and insurance is decent.
Cons
Communication is an issue but with large companies this tends to happen. There are to many instances when a issue arises and instead of making an example out of the individual they use the blanket approach and change policies to punish the entire workforce. This can have an immediate effect on moral.
