Pros
Office is located in central area, connected to shopping mall and MRT (TEL) station. Pleasant work environment as colleagues are generally nice and helpful. Way of running business is evolving due to changes in company leadership at multiple levels.
Cons
Matrix work structure needs some getting used to but widens the exposure and learning experience. At a glance, there are not many opportunities to move around due to its organization design but new jobs that are location free become available from time to time.
