Nice people, good pay, lacks growth - Corporate Function Corning Employee Review

Constant layoffs over last few years make it difficult to rely on stability, Lack of transparency and poor leadership communication, The senior leaders lean on the age of the organization as when making decisions. There is a systemic "good ol boy" vibe in my opinion. Diversity in leadership and upper management is sparse however diverse employees are afforded lateral moves in most cases when performance and business needs are relevant.
