      Pros

      Team work and integrity! Bosses and co workers are great, pay is great, job is fast paced and not super hard.

      Cons

      Rotation shift and long interview process. But if you make it, its definitely a job you want to keep.

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
