Pros
Pay is higher than average for area and experience required. As much overtime (optional or non-optional) as a person could possibly desire (if you consider that a bonus). Coworkers are usually nice and helpful.
Cons
• 12 hour shifts • Mandatory overtime • Some machine lines very demanding/ fast • High turnover rate • Majority of people I ask rate it as the least enjoyable job they've ever had.
