Thank you for sharing your first-year experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you’ve found the team supportive and that the product offering has created meaningful opportunities for growth and engagement. Building an environment where new employees can thrive is a priority for us, and it’s encouraging to know your early experience has been positive. Your comment about the emphasis on activity versus outcomes is helpful. While activity metrics can provide useful structure—especially in sales roles—we understand the importance of aligning those metrics with real, tangible results. Your feedback reinforces the need to continually evaluate how we measure performance, ensuring the focus remains on meaningful impact rather than volume alone. We appreciate your perspective and the work you’ve contributed so far. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we look forward to supporting your continued success at Corpay.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
