where should i start? leadership thought it was a good idea to invest $1mil+ into a system that doesnt function. they had a much better system but believe HCs smoke and mirrors and went the wrong way.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
