Pros

Don't have anything positive to say about this company.

Cons

Horrible work atmosphere. Would rate a 0 if it were possible. Extremely poor customer service. Poor leadership. Elitist, "good ol' boy" managers (as indicated by the manager) with no clue as to how to motivate employees. Unreasonably low base pay and poor customer service makes it extremely difficult to retain new business. VP of Sales said the goal of the company is to charge customer fees because that is how the company makes money. Super high turnover. Most reps leave within 6 months. Churn and burn mentality toward employees and customers. Company really does not care about customers or employees. Employees just tell management what they want to hear to get by. Lack of trust because when employees say what they really think, management goes after them.
