There is nothing else positive to say.

There are so many Cons that it would take 10 lifetimes to type them all. The company is so dishonest and abusive to their employees and customers it's incredible. You will end up feeling like the victim of a domestic abuse relationship if you make the mistake of working here. They treat their employees like dirt. They harrass, micromanage and try to intimidate. Management has no integrity or decency. Only the dishonest, cheating good ole boys are rewarded. The more dishonest you are, the more you will be rewarded. Women are never promoted to positions of importance. There is not equal pay for women. There are no raises. Benefits very mediocre. Sales reps are constantly cheated out of their sales and commissions. Working here is horrendously toxic and detrimental to a person's well being and income potential. This is an extremely dishonest greed based company who rapes it's customers with tremendous fees.

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

Cons

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
