Pros

It's a job that requires you to be self sufficient because you get no support from management. If you like being an initiator you will find most of the answers on your own

Cons

Filthy dirty place in violation of many health codes....dirty air vents, roaches and traps right next to food preparation areas in cafeteria, soap in little supply and bad cleaning where many employees are crammed in a call center floor forced to share desks while management has their own reserved. forced to carry your belongings in a box. No on floor support. The managers say you cant talk to your fellow employees, however they are always huddled and socializing. They do not update any resources for employees to use, so updates are lost in random emails and not put in any central place. You can ask a question and managers will tell you ask someone else..yet they want you to "take ownership" on calls and want to harass you about quality when they themselves do not get on the floor and help their employees. They have TOO MANY PEOPLE crammed in a call center that must be in violation of fire codes. They add erroneous fees on customers accounts and bank that customers don't read their bills charging hundreds of dollars extra ruining people's credit. They call in on your line posing as customers to harass you because they see to think that you don't know it is them . They don't give you any annual pay raise tho they throw a pamphlet at you with each new skill and then want to grade you when they can't even update their archaic computer systems.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We appreciate your recognition of the strong work-life balance and management support you experienced. It is valuable to know that aspects of your time here were positive and well-supported. At the same time, we understand how deeply that experience can change when repeated layoffs begin to affect not only teams, but also the leaders and managers employees rely on most. When layoffs feel widespread and disconnected from performance or productivity, it can create a strong sense of instability and uncertainty for everyone who remains. Employees want to believe that hard work, consistency, and contribution matter, and when that connection feels unclear, it can seriously impact morale, trust, and long-term confidence in the organization. Your feedback highlights the significant impact leadership decisions have on the employee experience. Even with a strong team culture, workforce reductions can overshadow daily positives and leave employees feeling unsettled or undervalued. The loss of trusted colleagues can make it challenging to maintain engagement, support, and balance. Thank you for sharing your perspective and advice. Your feedback underscores the importance of employees feeling heard and respected during major decisions. It also reminds leadership to listen closely to those closest to the work and culture.
