Pros

Average health/ dental benefits, average PTO, stable industry, very profitable company

Cons

Poorly managed, unethical practices, atrocious customer service policies, highest penalties in the industry. Sub par salaries and merit increases are non existent except for management. Commissions are sub par. Sales contests are juvenile and pathetic in the rewards. The churn rate of their domestic customers is high. Mostly due to outrageous late fees and customer service issues. This company rode to success on the backs of their employees but they do not share the wealth with them. Their 401k match is only 25%. Managers travel way too much and support their staff way too little. Their only motive appears to be drive the stock price as much as possible. So they can max their value of the stock options they received (work force not even allowed to purchase stock at a pre IPO price). Reduce internal costs, via salaries, reducing sales force car allowance

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
