Pros

The company has good benefits and that's about all.

Cons

The company is deceitful and is currently in litigation with its employees for overtime pay. The company has been sued by its customers and had to settle out of court. The company has a tendency of deliberately posting payments late to charge its customers thousand of dollars in late fees. The joke is, the company is called "FEE COR." Some of the managers are unprofessional. They speak ill of employees to other employees. Fleetcor's practices need to be investigated by the Federal government. It might be another Enron The work is way too much for the pay. You have to do cold calling, sales, appointment setting and account management for under $35k a year and they are now hiring for about $10 per hour. You have no control of whether you will make commissions because it is contingent on whether people use the Fuelman cards. Its customers really need to look at Voyager for a fuel provider or some other company. They are always hiring because it is a revolving door.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
