Pros

No pros working at FLEETCOR/Corpay

Cons

- toxic upper management who is demeaning - no room for growth or raises (2 years without a raise) - ideas are not welcome unless they come from managing directors - FLEETCOR has an acquisition strategy, but the smaller companies they acquire are treated like second class - I had no performance reviews in 2 years there - manager cancelled my weekly meeting every week so I never got any mentorship - no training. 30 min calls with managers of departments is “training” at FLEETCOR - the rebrand to Corpay has exacerbated these issues. - there are so many cons working here. Avoid at all costs

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any..

Cons

Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. I get hired and thrown into a 2 week training program that has nothing to do my role. Start making calls and as soon as I “think” I’m improving, quota changes and becomes unrealistic with the way the distribution of leads are handled. You have to hope a manager is kind enough to let you have a successful day. As far as management, they were very distracting. Loud and talk about nothing as reps are told to focus and rely on a sales method that was dumped on the company. If you are a person that wants to progress and is focused on tasks, this job is not for you. It’s a rat race full of favorites.
