Pros

It is uncapped and unlimited commission and several people are taking advantage of it. At 100% the commission rate is accelerated by 50%.

Cons

Not many people are doing 100% and those that are still fall in the $55 - $65k range cause of you screwy the compensation plan is.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to see you have a positive outlook for our company. The commission structure is set so sales leaders can maximize their earning potential. With the current structure we have several employees in the sales department earning over 100K per year. The great news is we are currently reviewing all elements of the commission structure and are looking to make it even more competitive for our reps. Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
