Pros

Excellent group of people who are very intelligent and great at what they do. Learned invaluable skills and experiences.

Cons

Longer hours during major deals and the pay is on the lower end of the spectrum but stock makes up for that.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
