Pros

OK pay and benefits. Interesting business. None of this makes up for the bad aspects though.

Cons

This company has to be one of the most toxic and unprofessional work places I have ever worked at. They have laid off core people with little to no transparency or communication. A lot of new people have been hired after several lay offs but the leadership has no direction and are usually clueless so onboarding is nonexistent. Then you are left with tons of new people who don’t even know what they’re doing or supposed to be doing. A lot of the people who work there are totally unprofessional, causing a hostile work environment. Nobody seems happy to work there, even the people who have been there several years. After several mergers, they have people from different companies who have specialized knowledge yet nobody knows anything. All in all, this company has no idea what it’s doing then leadership blames the same people they failed. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
