Pros

Not micromanaged at all. Great autonomy on daily work. This is a benefit in a senior role.

Cons

For balance, management touchpoints needed. In less than a year, I had about 3 touchpoints with my Manager. Seemed like they did not care about me as an employee or my work. When laid off, it was in a very disposable, we don't care manner. It matched the vibe during tenure.

Thank you for sharing your perspective about your time with us. We are glad to hear that you valued the autonomy in your role and the ability to manage your daily work without being micromanaged. Providing trust and ownership to senior team members is something we strive to maintain. At the same time, we take your feedback about the limited manager touchpoints and the manner in which your departure was handled seriously. Regular communication and support from leadership are essential for employees to feel valued and connected. It’s clear from your comments that we fell short in this area. We recognize that strong leadership is not just about granting autonomy but also about creating space for meaningful conversations, feedback, and professional growth. We deeply regret that your exit experience did not reflect the respect and appreciation we intend to show every employee. We are reviewing how we approach employee transitions to ensure these moments are managed with the utmost care and professionalism. Your input highlights opportunities for us to strike a balance between autonomy and engagement, and we are committed to implementing those improvements. We want to reassure you that your feedback is not taken lightly and we are dedicated to making the necessary changes. We thank you for your contributions during your tenure and wish you every success in your next chapter.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
