Pros

The company's growth has been outstanding. The HR department is highly supportive. The addition of two CPOs should help with improvement people will help. The US CPO is dedicated and vigilant. She will continue to keep the people happy.

Cons

If forced to find a negative about the company, efforts should be made to improve Diversity and Inclusion. This diversity should start from the top down and include various direct reports to the CEO.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
