Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as a Manager of Business Development. We're glad you've had positive interactions with your coworkers and that the benefits have met your expectations—both are essential parts of a healthy employee experience. At the same time, we take your concerns very seriously. Culture and leadership are the foundation of any organization, and it's clear from your feedback that there are areas where we need to improve. A workplace should never feel toxic or ego-driven; we regret that this has been part of your experience. We also understand your comments regarding compensation and the challenges of selling the product. Feeling valued—both in how you're supported and how you're paid—is essential. Your insight reminds us that transparency, consistent support, and listening to our teams on the front lines are crucial if we want to create lasting success. Thank you again for your feedback. Your voice is essential and helps guide meaningful change as we continue to grow and evolve.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
