      Pros

      nice people to work with and upper management was very hands on with projects. Strong sales team and very innovative company.

      Cons

      Company has many organizational issue and no procedures in place to help accomplish projects. This allowed for the blame game to take over when projects did go as planned. This created stress for the employees trying to do the best job for the company.

      Sadly I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Oof where do I start. Extremely toxic culture that reminded me more of a high school than a professional work environment. Gossip and passive aggressive behavior was the common theme I noticed while working there. Mainly from people in “leadership” positions.
