Pros

The team is always very positive and believes that teamwork makes the dream work. Every day there are always new and exciting challenges and we meet those head on with a positive attitude. Leader in our community are willing to work side by side with you and help out when ever its needed. Nothing is ever "not my job". We work well as a team and understand that our decisions can directly reflect on our team mates lives. Having leadership that will work with your schedule out side of work is always considered and they do the best they can to accommodate, truly a great place to work.

Cons

We build amazing relationships with our residents and some times we must help them pass when they need to be hospice. Giving our all while they make this transition to death can be very challenging, they become family.

Pros

work-life balance, employee first, competitive pay, time off, flexibility-After spending 7.5 years in various roles in hospice, I joined the organization in February 2025 and have been continually impressed ever since. CorsoCare is an incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and employee-first company that is always striving to grow and improve. The culture is unlike any other—management genuinely cares about your success and well-being. The work-life balance is excellent, the daily workload is reasonable, and leadership is compassionate, understanding, and open to new ideas.

Cons

office is a bit of a drive for me

Pros

The only pro to this job was connecting with the patients and their families.

Cons

Do not let them fool you. Unfortunately this company is like any other corporate healthcare system. Most of the executives are about making money and do not provide any guidance. They don't provide any training and send you out into the field on the second day excepting you to know everything.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that building connections with residents and their families was a meaningful part of your experience—that’s at the heart of what we strive to do every day. We’re disappointed about your concerns regarding training, support, and leadership. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we take feedback like yours seriously as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and address your concerns directly. Please contact our HR Business Partner, Jessica Nelson, at (877) 522-5887 at your convenience. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
