Pros

The patients are so sweet

Cons

They cheat employees out of a lot of money.. if you interview with them make sure you ask about the unpaid on call shifts you will have to work. As well as how they cheat you out of milage by not allowing to charge milage until you have reached the first patients home. Also read the PTO policy. They tell you that you are accruing PTO, however then you terminate your employment they will not pay you your PTO. In addition to seeing about 20 patients per week, they will ask you to do admission. Note that the admission nurse gets paid for admissions, but you will not, if you are not an admissions nurse. No holiday pay, even if you are on call (again because you are not being paid for being on call). You'll get a freaking apple pie for christmas.
