8yWe understand your concern. As we’ve communicated directly with our employees, in order for us to better respond to our partners, we have to restructure our teams and our current roles to address the changing needs of our programs. We have identified new roles with new responsibilities and everyone had an opportunity to apply. We know it's difficult to say goodbye to friends, which is why we have taken a compassionate approach and have given everyone impacted ample notice and generous resources. Change isn't always easy, but for those who are staying we believe their new opportunities will provide them with professional and personal growth.
We'd also like to respond to your comment about visiting each installation and spending time with employees. If you were here last year you may recall when one of our owners did just that. He visited each installation more than once, talked with employees and received a lot of feedback. A number of significant changes were made in response to those visits. We do care deeply about each of our employees and we want them to know they have a voice. If any team member feels they're not being treated fairly, they should speak with a manager whom they trust.
