Pros
Colleagues were nice, facility was nice, contact with corporate was very professional.
Cons
Was hired to be an RSS, was forcibly transferred to the maintenance call center because someone else wasn't working out. But they never trained me in that first job or transferred me back. After 6 weeks they announced in the middle of a meeting that I was permanently there. No one ever asked me or communicated that this was a possibility. I used to work in a call center and said I would never do it again. I never received a raise for the time I did this second job (it's a substantial difference in wages between the two positions), and it was clear they were hiding the fact I was working in a different location from corporate. Absolutely shady business practices. I was super excited to work there, and instead this is the worst job and company I've ever worked at. Trying to find something else ASAP but likely quitting without another position lined up. If you are considering a position at any campus or facility with this company, I strongly encourage you to look into anything else first.
