Pros
Adequate pay and benefits. A good number of decent employees that will help you. There once were good leaders.
Cons
Backwards leadership & micromanagement. Gaslighting used as a scare tactic. Very top down. The only display of caring behavior from superiors comes in the form of an email. Absolutely no organization or strategy in place. Leadership will fly you out to punish you & record it for HR. HR will track all your communications. Leadership will lie to your face, including denying things you saw for yourself or did yourself. There is a LOT of brainwashed employees still there. They tell you to take a vacation then penalize you if you do. They expect employees to do the job of many, across all departments, meanwhile they will hire another department head that is ill qualified. The ego of even one of these leaders is so big they had to get rid of an entire sub office with no explanation. I saw the company reduce the employees 50% my first year, another 50% my second and by my third I was part of the next 50%. They no longer reward loyalty, only secrecy and yes men. If you can’t play the game and have any sort of conscious do not work here. Their leadership controls employees through fear.
