Corvias is not transparent with their employees. A lot of shuffling occurs within the organization and senior leadership seems to share this information somewhat intimately and not share with the greater organization which is important for employees to embrace and process change. I believe leadership could and should TRUST their employees and know that it is safe to share information and keep employees included and part of changes happening at Corvias. Change is a constant and with several lines of business (i.e. Corvias Military Living, Corvias Campus Living, Corvias Solutions), there will always be change at Corvias Group. I guess I don't understand what all the secrecy is about. I believe lack of trust and egoism are at the root of the issues that impact the frontline employees ...and ultimately our Service Members. Also, I believe there is a disparity of equaltiy and lack of diverstiy among the senior leadership team. Corvias boasts three core principles, one of them being "Best Place to Work". Corvias Group has a long way to go if they are going to live up to that standard.
