Gives you great perspective on what kind of work culture to avoid.

Cons

Executive team is a misaligned mess of old fashioned thinking and toxic management. They have no interest in taking care of employees. People are voluntarily resigning left and right, sometimes without other jobs lined up. Benefits are well below average on top of it.
