The pay is horrible! Yearly pay increase is a joke. No way to advance or move up. Micro management from the DMs. This corporation does not care one bit about you or how terrible the work environment is. HR is not there for you, they only report to upper management that you are an issue. You are left alone to run the store on your own. You must drive your own car, close store down, to make it to the bank by 1:00...if you don't make it your store is in trouble! Your POS system is truly out of the 1990's! It constantly goes down...your on the phone with tech support about 40% of you day! It's truly a travesty that a billon dollar corporation can run their stores and treat their employees so terribly!
