      Fellow store managers support, pay, bonuses

      Cons

      Agregious and manipulative staff, difficult dm who proritizes staff's feelings, poor balance of work/ family life, constant pressure of quotas and upper management cutting staff while you deal with staff retaliation

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.

      You do not get paid your reimbursement for your mileage and wear and tear on your vehicle
