      Freebies, training, decent hours considering it is retail.

      Cons

      Very low pay, you are expected to do so much and not compensated for your work, raises are a joke, bonuses only happen if your store surpasses the unreachably high monthly quota (best to not count on these)

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.

      You do not get paid your reimbursement for your mileage and wear and tear on your vehicle
