      Pros

      I love my job. Within the own four walls of my store, I make it fun and enjoyable for myself and my employees. Love the team environment, love our customers, love the products, love the flexibility of the schedule, love having nights/most weekends/and major holidays off- which is unheard of in a retail work environment. Work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Pay is not great- you do have the opportunity to bonus, but it takes quite a substantial amount of time to see that money, which can be stressful if you are relying on it to help pay bills; corporate initiatives can be overwhelming and sometimes redundant; not much room for growth within the company once you have become a store manager

      Pros

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.

      Fun! Lots of samples to hand out and you make people happy

      Cons

      You do not get paid your reimbursement for your mileage and wear and tear on your vehicle
