      Pros

      Great discount. Fun environment. Learn about the new products before anyone else. Good hours. Lots a free new product.

      Cons

      The pay is awful considering I'm a licensed cosmetologist. It's just above minimum wage. McDonald's pay their workers more...the higher ups do not care about the store employees but will be the first people they bash when sales don't increase. They treat us badly and expect so much of us with such little pay.

      Easy job Discount Free samples(sometimes) Don’t have to deal with the public because it is only licensed professionals

      Cons

      You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.

      You do not get paid your reimbursement for your mileage and wear and tear on your vehicle
