Business Outlook
Pros
Great coworkers within Business Unit including managers. Relaxed working environment for remote employees, employ a "as long as your work is done on time" mentality as opposed to monitoring online status. Helps to know the right senior people for advancement, hard work doesn't always lead to promotions.
Cons
Management at the BU level is suspect. Definitely more resources poured into Mortgage/Lending, Real Estate, and Data over Insurance Solutions. Too many products, no cohesive strategy (at least nothing communicated to us!). Lack of accountability, too many "idea" people with no time for understanding how anything is implemented and how success is measured.
