Pros

There is nothing positive about working here.

Cons

Do NOT work here! It is a dead end job, and a terrible company! I have never regretted leaving this hell-hole. I now have a job where I make over twice as much (had to go back to school, and am in a totally different field) and I laugh to myself when I think about working here. Thank god I have gotten to that point! Management is horrible; they are all of sub-par intellegence and most promotions are not based on performance, but just who likes you. There is LOTS of overtime, which yes, overtime is good to a point, but overtime for years and years just get exhausting. The pay is horrible, about $12/hour and very little "raises." 10 cents more an hour increase is not really a raise. You cannot live on that wage, especially if you've gone to college and have student loans! Most people with any education or intelligence leave this company as soon as another opportunity comes along. It's very disorganized and management blames all their problems on their underlings. The tax researches aka TM 2's are forever getting "yelled at" for their performance despite having an insane amount of work they need to accomplish in a day. All the failings of the company are due to horrible management especially at the mid-management level, and the company will never see that because they pass the buck of blame to the people under them. Employees are treated like crud. I cringe when I think about how clients and homeowners are treated. So much shadiness goes on here but it's all kept hush hush!

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
