      Pros

      Possibly the best place to work for large scale real estate/insurance data. Good PTO if you're high enough. Some of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Below average salary, benefits, work environment. Upper management is greedy and shortsighted.

      Work from home majority for Oxford office, great direct managers, and good people

      Cons

      Corporate nonsense, bad pay, and very cliche like atmosphere. I was forced at one time to make a review on this site for 5 stars, I refused.
