Pros

-You are compensated (although it isn't much, at least it's something) -This is only the 2nd worst company I've ever worked for and not the first (although it was a close call...an eyelash worth of a close call, but I'm trying to be positive) -If you're lucky, you'll have a few decent colleagues you won't mind being in the trenches with

Cons

Where do I begin... -CoreLogic is one of the most poorly managed companies I've ever seen. Upper management has NO IDEA what they're doing and there are some people in management positions that should NOT be there. -Intense office politics with a healthy dose of blatant favoritism -The pay is very, very VERY paltry compared to the work you'll be doing and compared to competitors. They have a mentality in which they try and be more than they are as a company (i.e. on the level of Apple) but they don't have salary packages anywhere close to what Apple offers. CoreLogic is the textbook "overwork and underpay" shop. -It's not a stable environment. It's the kind of place that'll work you to the bone but they don't care about you as a person - they only care about you as a commodity. Layoffs and office closures aren't out of the norm here (some of the other reviews here touch on this too and you can Google their track record of layoffs over the years). People don't last long here because they get laid off or they wind up getting fed up with the antics and quitting and the people who do last long are management (and part of the problem). -Hardly anyone here is happy - I don't think anyone genuinely enjoys their job and most probably wouldn't be here if not for necessity. I remember getting knots in my stomach every morning knowing I had to come into such a depressing environment.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
