Pros
Company is very stable. You'll keep your job forever (at the same rate of pay) if you'd like, assuming you stay away from the Call Center. But hey, a stable job is something to be proud of sometimes.
Cons
Cross department conflicts of interest arise. Entirely too much middle management, while the head does nothing. (left hand doesn't talk to the right) Because they don't let anyone go based on performance, they keep alot of low performers. The high performers leave and make more money elsewhere.
