- Basic pay - Employee appreciation days - Repetitive work

- Extremely poor treatment from management - Targeted bullying to employees who disagree with management - Cliquish culture (exclude workers who do not "fit" into the clubs) - All promotions are personally based, not on merit or seniority. - Compensation is poor. - Useless HR whose only skills can be outsourced to Paychex or ADP (no effective modern HR, only appeasers) - HR dept is only available in Texas, extremely disconnected
