as the title says, if you think you will be working for a tech company, look elsewhere. the company tries to advertise itself as a tech company but it is not, it's a traditional old school company 1. endless meetings that lead to nothing (expect to be on video calls more than half your workday) 2. processes are not documented, expect to rely on tribal knowledge and bureaucracy...even the simplest task takes a lot of time to complete 3. strict no work from home policy (even during a global pandemic we were asked to return to the office)
