Pros

- clear growth path - employee recognition program - colleagues are great to work with

Cons

- forcing employees back into the office during a global pandemic makes it clear that the health and safety of your employees and their families are not one of your values - salary is very under market across the board - upper management has no idea how to manage their employees and use a cookie cutter approach - a lot of red tape but that's a given with a large organization - you aren't much more than a number to upper management - the weirdest job titles, I believe they tried to be "modern" but it doesn't come off that way

Pros

Excellent culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative teammates. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, and there is a strong focus on innovation and customer value. I've been impressed by the professionalism of the onboarding process, the willingness of people across the organization to help, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. It feels like a company that is investing in both its people and its products.

Cons

As with any organization going through transformation and growth, there are opportunities to continue streamlining processes and improving cross functional communication. The positive part is that the teams are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
