Pros
- there are some bonuses you can get - stock options - truly the only really beneficial pro is some of the people you get to work with, I would not of been able to make it if it weren't for them
Cons
Where to even begin... CoreLogic is such a huge and fast growing company that they can't pick up the pace with what is needed to move forward as the 'leading data' company that they are. There is tons of potential, and unfortunately the wrong people are making decisions, and the wrong people are being hired on to make those important decisions. There is zero diversity in upper management. On a bigger picture perspective, one of the biggest cons is that most of the work/process is incredibly disorganized, outdated, from old sales methods to navigating marketing in current digital climate. The company needs a complete makeover, from the people who work there, to the entire process in every single department. However, the bigger picture affects the day-to-day productivity. There is a sense of fear from upper management, which causes a huge amount of anxiety and stress on the folks on the bottom doing all the day to day work. It takes forever to get any approvals, there are old and outdated rules around branding, and leadership does NOT have a CLUE on how to make decisions because of fear. On top of this, there are some in leadership roles who don't even know what work process is, leaving teams drowning in workloads. There is no clear process, no clear direction from leadership, and teams are often confused - did I mention disorganized? Yeah, insane amount of disorganization. There's no respect to ones time and work life balance. You are expected to take on insane workloads, which makes you feel numb and disconnected from your everyday life, and to an extent, it leaves you unproductive. Voicing those concerns doesn't do anything either, as the leadership acts like they listen but they don't. This job has taken a toll on mental health for many folks, which has caused talented individuals to quit, even with no other jobs lined up. This job has made me feel hopeless. One more thing - just look at the numbers on "Helpful" in these reviews. It's clear that the "good" reviews are dishonest/not real.
