Pros

I've had to start my new role as an EA at CoreLogic in Lockdown, isolated and working from home from day 1! I was so nervous of how their onboarding process within this tough situation is going to turn out. To my surprise, CoreLogic is so equipped and evolve with the new working from home process and are very prepared for snap lockdowns! I had the best set up, trainings, 1:1's and meetings with relevant executives and leaders across the business all within week one. I was made very clear with all instructions and expectations, I know exactly what I needed to do within my role. We had a buddy system and 1:1 shadowing training program set everyday so I know what I'm doing at all times. CoreLogic also has the best work life balance campaign with Yoga, HITT, Nutrition sessions as well as Winter Chill out - Half day (off) for staff! Learning and Development via Linked in learning and Aspire the learning program is enriched with great contents and is available for free for all staff. Additional to this, there's a Goal settings and career progress tracking system (Quarterly connections) that will happen every quarter with your Manager which drives individual development and growth. I am so very impress with this company and I'm glad I've made a decision to join CoreLogic Australia.

Cons

This is not a CoreLogic's con but personally for me - I just need to learn about the products to get a better understanding for my role to support the Executives. It is hard to do all of this at home in lockdown.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
