Pros
Part of a Global Property Data and Analytics powerhouse headquartered out of the US, yet hasn't lost it's local entrepreneurial heritage. Culture comes from the top and there is recognition from the Exec down of the importance that technology plays now and into the future. The CTO is supportive and a progressive thinker and has gained the support of the Exec to role out contemporary IT practices. A strong financial position enables the organisation to invest in the future. Staff are empowered with accountability and responsibility to deliver in their roles. CoreLogic has truly embraced the challenges of COVID, and mobilised their entire workforce, which has allowed flexibility in work delivery models. Lastly, and very importantly, CoreLogic has attracted some amazing talent and as a result it's a great place to go to work every day. I have made a number of life long friends.
Cons
There are some administrative challenges that come with any Global organisation, however there is recognition of this and continuous improvement in this space. Not really a con, more so part of doing business globally. The supportive environment locally however provides a platform to develop this global experience and have a bigger impact. :)
