Excellent culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative teammates. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, and there is a strong focus on innovation and customer value. I've been impressed by the professionalism of the onboarding process, the willingness of people across the organization to help, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
