Pros
They have a pretty good benefits package with unlimited vacation (once you hit a certain level) health insurance, etc. some business units have good leadership at the lower levels others not so much.
Cons
Corporate red tape nightmare. If you are a leader or someone who needs management approval for things just forget it. Leaders can’t get people hired because HR takes so long. Anything that requires a decision from higher ups is a waste of time because by the time you get 3-4 levels above you that person has no idea what’s going on and instead of finding out they just deny it.
