Pros

Bravo points, that's about it.

Cons

They bought out the company I had worked for. I'll keep this short - - corelogic branded everything? Why are you wasting plastic/materials to send me corelogic branded anything? I do not want this rubbish. Think about the environment. - you reduced our annual pay increases, when ironically you could afford to pay us more and then some, incredibly disheartening and a kick in the teeth - removing any bonus schemes previously in agreement and keeping them for their own sales staff only. Archaic and old fashioned way of doing things, the entire company is only successful from the operations team!! Wake up! - awful communication. They were incapable of clarifying roles, changes and who was in whos team. And this continued with time taking ages to onboard anyone. - way too many log ins and applications forced upon you, confusing and pointless, not user or staff friendly. - v clear they only cared about money, despite being a successful company, they took away our social budget which was spent on breakfast/tea and coffee for the staff, and any socials which included an Xmas party. We did not get any budget for anything for staff socials or morale. - they moved their own sales team with us but did not clarify or properly manage how this worked, said sales team were rude to current staff and then damaged a pre existing client relationship by approaching them as new business. So embarrassing, they had no idea how we worked and needed support from corelogic to have things clarified. We weren't even informed when one of them were off! Meaning new client on boarding was missed and we were blamed, an absolute joke. - someone having to be designated information security officer in the company, but not being given any training in the whole year they were assigned the role. - the most old fashioned pointless 'training' enforced on staff, archaic information and simply a tick box exercise. - made us move to an office which was in a poor location for ALL staff, and expecting us to come in? When Covid was still everywhere, we were told we would be forced to come in. Reckless, OLD FASHIONED.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
