Pros
All the positives are overshadowed by positives or left the company.
Cons
The marketing practices is this company are the worst I've ever encountered in my 20 years of experience. No metrics. No good reliable database to get good metrics. Sales runs the campaigns and marketing strategy. Sales requires leads and input, but refuse to provide reliable helpful information. I really don't think the CMO understands what she's doing. She comes from a great pedigree of companies, but her process and operations decisions prove otherwise. There's mountains of articles that are generally insightful. But the product marketing has no clue what real product page or product information sheet is. All their product content is sketchy and half baked. They barely describe any features of any product and skim over the benefits as well. It's honestly a miracle in its own right that that anybody buys anything from this company, because there's honestly no substantive reasoning for somebody to investigate the products, let alone buy it. Onboarding for this company is by far the absolute worst I've every encountered. Getting access to the things you actually need to do your job is like pulling teeth. I honestly don't understand why they don't/can't just provide access to everything upfront. It's actually a meme in this company that circulates thru Slack it's so bad.
